URU 2519 2029 5 pages. Ministers' Minute, 2.9.1980, regarding the text of a Convention for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources, agreed upon during the Canberra Conference, 7-20 May 1980. States that the Convention will be open for signature at Canberra from 1st of August to 31st of December 1980 and asks to permission to authorise the signing of this document by the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the 11th of September 1980. Copy of Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources included.
